Swift Electric’s roots are in Union City, NJ where Anthony “Mr. Swift” Sodora, started a small family business that has grown and prospered through three generations. Now at four locations, we are one of the premier “Independents” serving the tri-state area. Most electrical supply houses today are owned and operated by big foreign conglomerates.  Swift is family owned and operated and we try to know all of our customers by name. To this day, Swift retains some it’s original customers and prides itself on going the extra mile for a customer in need.
